ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Plainview man was hurt but not seriously when his minivan left wet pavement on Highway 63 north of Rochester. Thomas Arthur Burton Jr., 51, was taken to a Rochester hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was driving a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The accident was at River Road Northwest in Cascade Township.
