ST. PAUL, Minn. – Governor Tim Walz has exempted propane-truck drivers from caps on their driving hours for the duration of winter road delays. Households and farms especially in rural areas depend on propane to keep them, Walz said in signing the executive order. Ten percent of Minnesota homes use propane as their primary heating fuel.
