LACROSSE, Wis.– Police were tipped Monday that a man accused in a fatal fight in a North Side parking lot Friday was making new threats. At a house at 308 Losey Boulevard North police arrested Matthew Kinstler, 50, of suburban Holmen. It was Kinstler’s second arrest. On Friday, when the fight occurred, Kinstler was charged with battery and disorderly conduct and then released on a signature bond. At the time, said prosecutor Susan Donskey, nobody realized the gravity of injuries to Russell W. Paulson, 79, who died the next morning.
