WILSON, Minn. – A moose was reported wandering in grain fields south of Wilson. which would be highly unusual anywhere in Winona County. And it wasn’t quite so. Deputies instead found tracks of an elk crossing Highway 43 near Silo Drive. That too is unusual. A word to the wise: Give the animal berth, lots of it.
