WINONA, Minn. – The Winona School Board had a nifty problem: How to send $950,000 it hadn’t expected to have. The money was left over from a tax referendum. The Board voted to:
> Replace the clock system at all five schools.
> Update the public-address system at the Goodview school.
> Replace the high school back parking lot.
> Conduct further facility and the capacity analyses.
