LACROSSE, Wis. – Two men pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in a gangland-style triple homicide in July. The pleas were entered by Khamtanethm Rattanasack41, of Nya Thao, 33. Both were ordered back to jail in lieu of $1 million bond. A further court hearing before Judge Elliott Levine was scheduled for October 1. The three victims were driven to a remote quarry northeast of LaCrosse and executed, reportedly over an unpaid debt of a few hundred dollars.
