UTICA, Minn. — Deputies arrested a Lewiston driver, Tracy Eric Bonow, 57, on a potential charge of driving under the influence. Bonow declined a field sobriety test but was tested at the jail house. He had been stopped on County Road 18 for a signal violation. Deputies said a give-way was malodorous alcohol. This was about 10 p.m.
