HOMER, Minn. – A Winona man, Daniel Richard Foss, 47, was arrested up Homer Valley after a domestic disturbance call to the sheriff. Deputies were told that there had been an argument in which a tray was thrown. No injuries were reported. This was about 9:30 p.m. in the36000 block of Homer Valley Lane.
