WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Colton James Hornberg, 23, was stopped on Highway 61at Orinn Street on the West End, near the Nazarene church, for doing 99 in a 55-mph zone. There were numerous charges: Driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation, careless driving and speeding. The stop was about 2:15 p.m.
