LACRESCENT, Minn. – A Rochester man who drove into a tree and then drove off was found by a sheriff’s officer and cited for careless driving. Darek Lebenfztejn, 43, hit the tree in the 30000 block of County Road 1 northwest of La Crescent about 1:15 p.m.
