LACROSSE, Wis.  – A Trump champion, former member of Congress Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, will be moderator at ex-President Donald Trump’s townhall in LaCrosse on Thursday. The announcement, from Trump’s re-election headquarters, suggested that Trump’s visit indeed would be a townhall format. Unclear were format details:

> Would a panel be on the podium with Trump? If so, who?

> Would questions be allowed from the floor? If so, would questioners be screened in advance? Would questions be  screened? scripted?
