BYRON, Minn. — The embattled Byron school superintendent, Mike Neubeck, resigned effective in June. A School Bord announcement said: “Neubeck’s decision provides the Byron School District with the necessary time and opportunity to hire a new superintendent.” The Board thanked Neubeck for “his leadership and significant contributions. A timeline to search for a new superintendent was not announced.
