Curious, the deputy pulled off onto the shoulder himself. When the other car passed, the deputy began a began a quiet pursuit at a distance. In Winona near Broadway and Carimona streets on the East End, the driver pulled into a driveway, The deputy got out and asked the man about his odd driving behavior. The answer: “I don’t like being followed by law enforcement.” Not at all nonplused, the man walked away. Nothing illegal about that.
