WINONA, Minn. – A motorist reported another car kept rear-bumping his car while he waited for a bicyclist to cross the street. Police received the report about 3:30 p.m., after the incident. Police mailed forms to both parties to fill out and mail back. The incident, at Gilmore sand Vila on the West End, resulted in damage to one vehicle.
