ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Ruth Shea, 80, of St. Charles, an active member of St. Borromeo Catholic Church, died at home in hospice care. She was involved in St. Anne’s Unit at churcb, taught catechism, and served as sacristan of Calvary Cemetery. She kept the books for the cemetery.
