LACROSSE, Wis. – A Holmen man was arrested and charged with repeated sexual assaults on a 14-year-old girl. According to court documents, the girl told police that Christopher Summers, age 40, assaulted her over five months beginning in May. She said that Summers would threaten to harm himself if she ever stopped. He posted $2,000 bail to assure showing up for further court proceedings.
