ROCHESTER, Minn. – Tipped that two Rochester brothers were driving home from California with a load of marijuana, the State Patrol and sheriff’s deputies made a stop. In the car were eight one-pound bags along with marijuana wax and paraphernalia. The value was estimated at $16,000. Felony charges swere recommended against James Siewert, 24, aand Michael Siewert, 22. The stop was on Highway 63 near County Road 16 near the Rochester airport.
