ST. PAUL, Minn. – The state roads department plans to rehab four bridges across a half-mile stretch on Highway 74 in Whitewater State Park. The bridges are part of $4.9 million that the agency plans to spend in Winona County in 2021. Other projects, in Winona and nearby Houston and Fillmore counties:
> Install an active warning system on Highway 61 near Lamoille.
> Repair three Highway 76 bridges over Money Creek near Houston.
> Resurface Highway 250 from Highway 16 to Highway 30 near Lanesboro.
