JOICE Iowa — One person was injured when a tornado ripped into a house just south of the Minnesota border near this northeast Iowa village of 200 people. Worth County deputies said the victim was hospitalized and expected to recover. Two people, a married couple, were in the house when the tornado hit about 10 p.m. A shed was destroyed. Damage to the house included broken windows.
