ONALASKA, Wis. — The Fazoli Italian-menu franchise in this LaCrosse suburb is closing despite a loyal customer base. Lisa Davids, general manager, blamed the owner of the next-door strip mall for raising the Fazoli rent. The 15-table sand-alone restaurant has been a curbside fixture in the U.S. Highway16 retail district.
