ROCHESTER, Minn. – The City Council endorsed an executive order from Mayor Kim Norton for mandatory face masks. The order requires masks at businesses and other indoor public accommodations. The order also applies to outdoor settings if social distancing is not feasible. Norton noted that  the order assures Mayo Clinic patients and other visitors that the city wants to keep them as safe as possible. Among Minnesota cities that now also require masking as a COIVID-19 precaution:

> Edina

>Mankato

> Minneapolis

> St. Cloud
