ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man is headed upriver for a 2019 shooting that paralyzed another man. Iman Iman, 27, was sentenced to 12 years on a first-degree assault charge. He pleaded guilty after a plea deal that dismissed other charges, including attempted murder. The shooting was in August 2019 in a hallway at Meadow Park Apartments, 412 14th Street Southeast. Witnesses told police they saw Iman standing over the victim with a gun. A second man charged in the shooting, Abdirahman Abdullahi, 28, remains jailed on $1 million bail.
