HOUSTON, Minn. — Arless Raymond Markegard, 91, of Houston, a power lineman for Tri-County Electric for 45 years, died at the Gundersen hospital in LaCrosse. He lived in Winona until 1956 when he moved to Houston. He served on the Houston School Board, Houston City Council, Houston Volunteer Fire Department, and the Houston Nursing Home Board. He was a member of the Houston ambulance crew.
