HARMONY, Minn. – A motorcyclist was injured but apparently not seriously in a cross-traffic collision on Highway 39 at Sixth Street Southeast. The biker, Phillip John Whitacre, 50 of Preston, was taken to St. Marys hospital in Rochester to be checked over. The driver of the car, Alan Walter Bahler, 52, of Harmony, was unhurt. Police said the car was southbound and the motorcycle northbound and turning into Sixth. The accident happened about 5:30 p.m.
