MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – A Hidden Valley man, Erick Jhovanni Bustillos-Cavazos, 18, was arrested and referred for domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police described the paraphernalia as glass pipes for smoking marijuana. The arrest was about 6:30 p.m.
