OMAHA, Neb. – The Minnesota economy remains strong even though it has slipped two months in a row, according ti the Mid-America Business Conditions Survey from Creighton University. The state scored 67.6 on the survey’s scale in December, compared to 73.2 in November. Even so, the business supply managers who participate in the survey were strongly optimistic. The survey rates new orders, production, sales, delivery lead times, inventories, and employment. One downer: Since the onset of CoVid, the state has lost 195,000 jobs.
