WINONA, Minn. — Edward C. Lueck, 94, of Winona, a carpenter for Nels Johnson Construction and later a supervisor, died at the Sugar Loaf senior apartments in Winona. His projects included landmarks at Winona State University, St. Mary’s University, the Winona hospital, and IBM buildings in Rochester. He served in the J.S. Navy from 1943 to1946 at Pearl Harbor.
