WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Tyler James Puetz, 28, was arrested after what began as a domestic disturbance and became a struggle with police. Police said they had been called to the 450 residential block of East Second Street. There they said they found Puetz, who had been in an argument with another person. Police encouraged Puetz, whom they say was drunk, to find another place to stay the night and attempted to get a preliminary breath test. Puetz left, but then attempted to get back in, which led to the struggle with police. Puetz was arrested and hauled to jail. The incident was about 12:30 a.m.
