WINONA, Minn. – A $320,000 project at the accident-plagued Highway 61 entrance to the Fleet Farm hardware store and lumberyard will begin Monday. The goal, the state Transportation Department said, is to divert traffic from crossing all four lanes from a side road. Traffic will be single lane traffic through June 10, while median work is completed, the department said.
