LA CROSSE, Wis. — Jeff S. Jensen, 53, of La Crosse, died unexpectedly of heart complications while jogging. He completed marathons in all 50 states for 56 total. He held an accounting degree from Western Wisconsin Tech . He was a manager for Elmens Rent to Own in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and later La Crosse. After heart valve replacement surgery in 2006, he returned to Tech for a degree in respiratory therapy. Since 2010 he worked at the Mayo Health branch in La Crosse. He was known for Bloody Mary bar at Octoberfest.
