LACROSSE, Wis. – First-responders rescued a climber up Ebner Coulee, just south of Gandad Bluff. The call came in about 4 p.m. The person in trouble was hard to find but once located, crews used climbing equipment to get the person down. The nearest address to the rescue was 2900 Ebner Coulee Road.
