SPARTA, Wis. – Police arrested a Tennessee man hiding in the woods outside a rural strip club after a stabbing. Meanwhile, a 30-year-old La Crescent man was taken to a hospital with a stab wound in his lower chest. Police surrounded a wooded area outside Baron’s Gentleman’s Club where the assailant had been seen. The man was ordered to surrender. He was taken into custody without incident. Held on multiple changes was Samuel R. Walker, 35, Whitesburg, Tennessee. Among charges: Endangering safety with a dangerous weapon.
