ARCADIA, Wis. – Police stopped a vehicle after an armed robbery at an Express Mart convenience store and arrested the driver. In the car, police said, was $100 from the robbery. Arrested was Michael William Andre, 34, of Independence. Police said a panic button was pushed at the gas station at 1:19 p.m. Moments later came a 911 call. The caller described he robber as a a white male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black neck gator who pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. Police said the clerk gave the man $100.
