ZUMBRO FALLS, Minn. – A rural Wabasha County man was found slain at his house by deputies who were alerted by a 911 call about 6:15 p.m. Shortly thereafter they arrested the man’s son. Dead was Edward J. Riley, 73. The son James E. Riley, 45, was booked at the Wabasha County jail. Among charges pending a court appearance Monday: Intentionally causing death in the heat of passion. The death was at 59376 County Road 6.
