WINONA, Minn. – Somebody saw a car run into a sign on Highway 61 near Homer and called the sheriff. It was a hit-and-run. A deputy tracked the car into Winona and arrestedGene Allen Schueler, 65, of Winona, at his home. A blood-alcohol check found .13%. Anywhere above 08% is unacceptable. This was about 8:20 p.m. Schueler went to jail.
