WINONA, Minn. — A juvenile was arrested for second-degree assault after he was accused of threatening other kids at the Washington-Kosciusko school playground on Mankato Avenue. Police were told the kid had a taser and a gun. The weapon actually was only a BB gun, police determined. Nonetheless, it was a crime. No injuries were reported. The incident was about 4:40 p.m.
