WINONA, Minn. – Tis year’s downtown promotional event Big Muddy Brew N’ Que will be postponed to at least Labor Day 2021. The Chamber of Commerce board and Winona Main Street Program decided the suspension could help in the battle against coronavirus. The event has been a Labor Day weekend feature since the mid-2010s.
