WINONA, Minn. – Firefighters were called to the 600 block of Terry Lane, up the bluff behind the Hy-Vee grocery store, for a burning pile of brush that was too big and too close to a house. The homeowner was told to extinguish the fire and obtain a burn permit. This was about 4:50 p.m.
