WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, Susan Sarah Oldham, 67, was pulled over in the 1400 block of East Eighth Street after two parked cars were hit about 7:30 a.m. Police said they caught whiffs of alcohol, and she admitted to drinking earlier in the morning, She failed a field-sobriety test. She was jailed for drunken driving.
