WASHINGTON – A federal judge ordered the Army Corps of Engineers to revisit whether the Dakota Access Pipeline poses environmental risks. Judge James Boasberg said that the Corps’ initial environmental review failed to address key questions. The order is the latest step in a four-year legal battle waged against the pipeline by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
