WINONA, Minn. – A committee of community members awarded the annual Winona Health Foundation’s Ben and Adith Miller Tribute to Winona Health executive Rachelle Schultz. This was the Tribute’s 33rd year. The award recognizes community service. The Foundation has a corpus of $13.2 million to assist to individuals with their medical bills. The Foundation has been funded partly with gifts of the Miller family and thermoplastics manufacturer RTP.
