WINONA, Minn. – Thieves stole a wallet from a vehicle at McDonald’s in the 1600 block of Service Drive and used a credit card to rack up $2,000 in purchases, police were told. Police began search for a man and woman who were seen driving away. The theft was reported about 7:30 p.m.
