WASHINGTON – A $1.3 billion libel suit against Minnesota pillow-manufacturer Mike Lindell can move forward in the courts, a federal judge ruled. So can companion libel suits, each also for $1.3 billion, against attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani. All are being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for repeated assertions that Dominion rigged its branded voting machines against Trump in the 2020 election. The three Trump devotes — Lindell, Giuliani and Powell — had asked U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols to throw out the Dominion suit. spared no words. The judge would have nothing of it. Lindell’s claim of a vast international conspiracy, the judge said, “is so inherently improbable that only a reckless man would believe it.”
