WAUMANDEE, Wis. – A passenger in a vehicle was injured when the driver, an Osseo man, missed a curve, left the road, and hit an embankment. The passenger was hospitalized with serious injuries. The accident was on Buffalo County Road E, which links Waumandee and Glencoe. Deputies arrested the driver, Angel R. Ginez, 28, of Osseo, on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, causing injury, operating after revocation, and for having an outstanding warrant from Eau Claire County.
