WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Anthony Montgomery, 25, was arrested after a vicious kicking attack on another man in the 700 residential block of West Broadway about 10:30 p.m. A video by a bystander showed the victim being kicked over and over, police said. The audio suggests a fired-up argument about a harassment restraining order before the attack. Police recommended that Montgomery be charged violating a harassment restraining order and fifth-degree assault.
