WINONA, Minn. – A heavily trafficked half-mile section of Riverview Drive into downtown Winona will be closed Wednesday, September 15, for culvert upgrades. The city Street Department said the project will take 24 hours. Affected is stretch along the Union Pacific railyard from the Minnesota Marine Art Museum east around the bend to Huff and Second Streets. Crews hope to finish the work in 24 hours.
