WINONA, Minn. — A 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen near the Kwik Trip on the 950 block of West Fifth Street. Thieves unscrewed the license plates and left them at the scene, police said. The vehicle was distinctive, maroon with oversize tires, the owner said.
