WINONA, Minn. — the Minnesota Recreation and Park Association presented an award to the Wioina Parks Department for an artistic arrangement of local boulders at Levee Park. Michelle Schnider, association president, called the boulders “a unique, public park, outdoor recreation opportunity for both residents and visitors.” The Recreation Alliance of Winona donated the boulders.
