WILSON, Minn. – A Winona man, Patrick Stephen Boozhooi, 49, was arrested after resisting deputies who were following up on a domestic assault complaint. The complaint, about 12:40 a.m., came from the the 27000 block of County Road 19. Deputies recommended charges of domestic assault and obstructing the legal process.
