STOCKTON, Minn. — While arresting a Stockton man on a warrant, deputies said they found him carrying something that looked suspiciously like methamphetamine. The arrest was about 1:30 p.m. Jamie Joe Brown, 44, was referred to the county prosecutor for what to do next.
